Canada: 1996
In October 1996 Canadia Post issued a sheet of four stamps with different moments in the history of Winnie-the-Pooh. Each stamp has an English and French caption about the picture.

Number 1 are Winnie’s early days as a black bear owned by Colebourn. Number 2 is the encounter of Winnie and a young Christopher Robin, Milne’s only son. Number 3 are the original characters illustrated by E.H. Shepard. Number 4 is de Disney Winnie the Pooh with his pot of hunny on his lap. All the stamps are 45p each. Canada Post has 3.25 million of the souvenir sheets printed, along with just over a million booklet panes of 16.

Great Britain: 1979
Winnie the Pooh is part of a series of 4 stamps, for the Year of the Child 1980. It are:
– The Tale of Peter Rabbit (9p);
– The Wind in the Willow (10,5p);
– Winnie the Pooh (11p);
– Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland (13p).
Winnie is the bear we know from the pictures from E.H. Shepard. He is depicted together with Piglet, Eeyore and Christopher Robin. The series is issued by the Britisch Post Office, for the Year of the Child Exhibition on 21-23 February 1980.

A souvenir sheet with 5 stamps ($1), as part of the Disney Christmas Train series: Pooh’s Railroad – A philatelic train ride through the 100 Acre Wood. On his stamp, Pooh is shoveling honey.
