Charmin is a brand of toilet paper manufactured by Procter & Gamble. The Charmin Bear was introduced in 2000, reviving the old bears. These bears were used until 1993 for advertising White Cloud toilet paper, when it was renamed to Charmin Ultra. The Charmin Bear is now mascot for Charmin Charmin Ultra Soft and Ultra Strong.
Some slogans that were used: Do not Squeeze the Charmin (1960s), Once it’s gotcha, it’s gotcha! (1980s) Best for “Bear” Bottoms. (1997-1999), Cha-cha-cha Charmin. (1999-2007) and Charmin Enjoy the experience. (2009-present).
