Columbia Teddy Bear Manufacturers
This manufacturer was based in New York, Center Street 145-149, made traditional, moving Teddy Bears of mohair plush. But they also made some less conventional bears. Like the one in the picture, the Laughing Roosevelt Bear. When you push his belly, a rope mechanism opens his mouth en you can see two sharp teeth of white glass. When the mouth is closed, these teeth match the holes in the upper jaw.
